I was born in Providence, Rhode Island, and grew up in Portland, Oregon. After graduating Lincoln High School I completed a dual degree in Performance and Jazz Composition at Berklee College of Music and am now living in Alhambra, CA, pursuing a career in professional music!

I started on clarinet in middle school before switching to tenor saxophone. In college I reintroduced clarinet into my skill set as well as flute. I owe much of my musicianship, music technique and life view to Berklee as well as the Berklee Concert Jazz Orchestra (picture right), which was under the direction of my mentor Greg Hopkins.
